Informatory about privacy and rules

Personal details collected with the help of the registration procedure to the services of RTS Turismo snc di Tineri Ramona (later rtsturismo.it), will be recorded on electronic database belonging to Aruba S.p.A. with registered office in P.zza Garibaldi 8 - 52010 Soci (AR); the responsibility for treatment, direction and maintenance of the same will be paid by Ramona Tineri, via S.Tommaso, 4 67049 Palombaia di Tornimparte (AQ) P.IVA 01647650660. Personal user details will be used by rtsturismo.it in the respect of the protection rules of the privacy decided by the decree law n.196/30 june 2003 and by the other rules in force on the matter. This informatory concerns the personal details sent bay the user during the registration and those got from the visits and navigates on our site.
rtsturismo.it submits the personal details of the users to all the operations of treatments individuated by the D. lgs 196/2003 – i.e., collection, registration, organization, conservation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection an every other useful operation to the furnishing of the required services, there included the communication to third parties, where necessary – mainly with automatized conditions. Such details can be organized in database or files.
In particular the aims of the personal details treatments are the following:
a) provide the expected services;
b) provide the info and/or send communications relating the service ;
c) supply all the possible calculating and fiscal fulfilments;
d) return to creators of probable offences only in case of particular requests from the expert authority.
e) provide the info and/or offers about services that rtsturismo.it and/or associated and/or controlled society, just as trade-partners and outsources considered interesting for the user, without this determining the personal details transfer to third parties. rtsturismo.it undertakes to never yield guests details to third parties ;
f) check the quality of the offered services including services post sale ;
g) send communications and info of promotional kind relative to own and third parties products and initiative; in particular rtsturismo.it will send to the user messages through e-mail and sms/mms to communicate info relative to rtsturismo.it services; the user accepts and gives his approval to receive these communications. The receiver isn’t obliged to buy the products or the offers of the service. The registration is free, it doesn’t foresee any change to the agreements with the mobile phone agents.
h) sending this filled in form, you declare to be informed about all the rights about the defence of the personal details by law n.196/03 and saw authorize to the treatment, communication and diffusion of these, for aims correlated to cataloguing, elaboration, care and registration, besides for management, statistical, commercial, promotional aims and sending technical-promotional info ;
i) satisfy statistical and market survey, marketing and preferences on products;

The user shall enter on details in every moment and exercise the rights that are in the art 7 DLgs 196/2003. Personal details are divided in 2 categories: compulsory and optional, as appears in the registration procedure. The conferring of the compulsory details and the relative treatment for the aims above mentioned are closely functional to the execution of mentioned services.
The probable refusal of the user to provide such details or to agree to their treatment will involve the impossibility to take advantage from the service offered by rtsturismo.it. Other details collected serve to help rtsturismo.it to offer always better service. Compared to them, the user can or not provide them.

Rights of the participant
(art. 7 D.lgs. 196/2003 – Code on the matter of protection of personal details) The participant has the right to obtain the conformation of the existence or not of personal details that concern him and their communication in a comprehensible way.
He has the right to obtain the information:
a) about the aims and conditions of the treatment;
b) About the identifying data of the owner of the person in charge, and of designate delegate by art 5, sub-section 2.
The participant has the right to obtain:
a) the revision, the correction i.e when he has interest, the integration of details(by sending an e-mail to the address info@rtsturismo.it whose main part contains the correction i.e the integration of details);
b) The recission, the transformation in an anonymous form or the details block treated in the violation of the law, included laws whom isn’t necessary the conservation in relation to the aims for which the details have been collected or later treated (sending an e-mail to the address info@rtsturismo.it ).
The participant has the right to oppose, completely or partly :
a) For lawful reason to the personal treatment that concern him, though relating to the collecting aim;
b) To the details treatment that concern him for sending promotional material or direct sale or execution of market researched or trade communication.

Terms and conditions for the services’ use.
To register or use the services it’s necessary to fill in the form that appears on the video when you register: rtsturismo.it requires to the user some personal details. The treatment of such details takes place according to the conditions by the law 675/96 ("privacy law"), that comes before the registration procedure. With the acceptance of the contract conditions, the user declares that his personal details are up-to-date, correct and true. The user undertakes to keep up-to-date in time the registered details so that they are constantly up-to-date, complete and true. rtsturismo.it can, in every moment, and without notice, interrupt finally the services’ distribution. In particular, rtsturismo.it can interrupt it with immediate effect and without preliminary communication, in these chances:
1) When the user doesn’t provide personal details up-to-date, complete and true.
2) When the user uses the services for illegal aims or for the transmission or the exchange of material that is illicit, annoying, racist, slanderous or defamatory, damaging the privacy of others, irregular, dangerous, harmful, unrefined, indecent or censurable or that can violate rights of intellectual or individual property or other rights; that bring worry, disturbance or injury, in every way, to younger (violence, pedophilia, exploitation).).
3) When the user uses the services for the transmission or exchange of virus or for a not required distribution of e-mail.
4) When the user violates the general conditions or the special conditions applicable to a service.
Services are furnished indefinitely, except for the right of rtsturismo.it to suspend or interrupt the services without responsibility to users. rtsturismo.it reserves to change occasionally the general conditions upon communication to users through a message on the launching video before the following use of one of the services and/or by sending an SMS/MMS or e-mail.
rtsturismo.it or the users can provide link to other sites or internet resources. The user gives notice of and recognize that rtsturismo.it can’t be in any way considered responsible for the functioning of such sites or outer resources. rtsturismo.it doesn’t control the contents of such sites and doesn’t take on the responsibility for the contents and/or the material, also promotional, made known on such sites or outer resources or for products and services offered there. The products or services can’t be considered as sponsor, shared or supported by rtsturismo.it and so the user takes on the responsibility for the buying in that case made of these products or services.
The services are furnished just as they are and as available. rtsturismo.it doesn’t offer the guarantee that services correspond with the required requirements by the user, or that they are uninterrupted, convenient, sure or without errors; furthermore rtsturismo.it doesn’t offer guarantee about the results expected or obtained with the services’ use. rtsturismo.it disclaims all responsibility for the possible pretensions or losses, direct or indirect, that derive to the user for the missed and/or imperfect functioning of the electrical equipment of the user, included the Internet Service Providers, of phone connection not directed by rtsturismo.it. rtsturismo.it can’t be considered defaulting to its obligations nor responsible for the damages resulting from the missed performance of the services because of the wrong or missed functioning of the electric means of communication for uncontrollable reasons, included fires, natural disasters, lack of energy, unavailability of phone lines or other suppliers, malfunctioning of computers and other electronic devices, even not being integral part of Internet. Malfunctioning of the software installed by the users and by actions of other users or persons that have access to the net.
